They come with our gorgeous handmade confetti inside the balloon, then we hand cut and make our own tassel tails, ensuring everything is a perfect match, before adding the finishes touches of a bow. All that is left for you to do is to choose what you want written on the balloon, and the lucky person you are sending it to. It really is that simple.
